Rooms: well apportioned for a family of four. Quiet and comfortable. Double sink and walk in shower was well fitted.
Hotel: swimming pool was really nice and had a chilled atmosphere. Some works in progress, but was not an issue.
Service: front desk team were helpful and polite.
Location: 15 min walk to the centre of town. A few nice bars nearer (Oswald’s was a highlight). Bus stop outside which takes you to the main station in <10mins.

If I could give a zero, I would give one for this hotel. We are a family of 4, so we booked two rooms and we only chose this hotel because of their pool. What a mistake! Not only is the water extremely dirty, but the pool area is full of mould. It has an incredibly heavy mould smell, making it impossible to stay there more than a minute.
The bedrooms are very, very, very small, it is not easy to walk around the bed without bumping onto the surrounding furniture constantly. The bathroom door is designed in a way that you cannot fully close it, it's not a normal door, making it difficult to stay in the room when someone is using the toilet (or for you to use the toilet whilst your friend/ partner is in the room)
Location wise is OK, but it is still 10 minutes to the marketplace. There are so many other hotels that are closer to the market area and are the same stars as this one.
I would not recommend this hotel at all. We were very disappointed but also angry because of the conditions of their pool area.
I can't fault the young lady and the gentleman at the reception as they were incredibly helpful when we needed some help with dinner reservation.

couples families, definitely stay here for a nice vacation! they have small gym and an indoor pool. best part of Brugge was coming back after long days of walking around the city.
Ons kamer stonk van vocht we zaten juist boven het zwembad ons ramen hele tijd nat
De sokken van de vorige mensen was achter de wervarming ???? de Kuisvroouw heeft het wc met een doekje opgekuist met het zelefde doekje het grond en ook nog de coffee glazen ik heb deze aan de receptie al doorgegeven ik zeg wil ook andere kamer maar er was Nieks beschikbaar van daar hebben we 1 dagje vroeger vertrokken ik vond erg het is ook Nieks van het prijs verandert we hebben volledig moesten betalen
