A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely too. Has a pool, but we didn't find time to use this facility as we were too busy exploring the city of Bruges. The room we had was OK, but don't expect too much room. It was very compact, but the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The air vents in the room were very dusty and looked like they had never been cleaned, to be honest, but the cleaners came twice in the time we were there (3 nights), so we weren't really worried about issues with cleanliness. Location is very good and is a 5 minute drive from the train station and 10 minute walk from the main square and the Bruges Belfry.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, la chambre était très belle et propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien, beaucoup de choix, la piscine est vraiment un +
Le cadre est super romantique.
À 10mn du centre, nous reviendrons.

Bel hôtel dans l'ensemble, mais très vieux, c'est dommage (pas uniquement au niveau de la décoration).
Certaines choses sont abîmées, comme par exemple les joints de la paroi vitrée de la douche.
Nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de savons dans la chambre ni à la piscine. Nous l'avons signalé, mais personne n'en a rajouté.
Très belle piscine chauffée.
Personnel agréable.

UPDATE!
I would give the hotel zero stars if I can. please see response photo/email from hotel.

My room was moldy, after speaking with front Agent MORGAN AND AXEL, Morgan was very rude and refuse to give me a checkout receipt. I have the recording of the conversation and room but I can’t upload videos. my room number was 236! I was told a manager will reach out but no one has. this was in September!!!

A wonderful recommended hotel. Very friendly and warm staff. Very close to the Brugge station. Very clean. Cosy. Quality and Variety Breakfast. Walking distance to the historical centre.
