No full time receptionist. If arrival is earlier than 3:00 p.m. guests will have to wait for the hotel management to arrive.

Отличное месторасположение в центре города. Рядом находится недорогая парковка. Звукоизоляция очень хорошая. Вид из окна изумительный. Завтраки порционные, небольшие и не очень разнообразные.

Tres bien placé, centre ville, accueil agréable et courtois, et petits déjeuner royal, super yaourt maison, gauffre, pain, viennoiseries …dans une salle calme.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable si vous réservez le petit déjeuner en même temps que la chambre

In the very heart of Brugge, close to everything.
Room was small but ok for one. Interesting upgrade with the bathroom inside.
A bit loud noise from the street on a weekday (deliveries) and also some noise from the neighbors heard in the room.

Calme et situé en plein cœur du centre-ville.
Chambre très bien équipée, lit spacieux et confortable et salle de bain parfaite.
Si je repasse par Bruges, j'y dormirai c'est certain.

Voy a empezar por lo más obvio, el precio, nos cobraron 450€ por 3 noches, y luego allí, se sacaron de la manga 6€ de tasas de la ciudad por día, para que os hagáis una idea, es un Hotel de 2 o 3 * de 60€ en Madrid, nos pareció muy caro para las características que tenía el Hotel. El Desayuno 16,50€ por persona... Todo un robo. El personal seco, con mala cara, sin ganas de currar. La habitación, tenía un plato de ducha sin mampara, cada vez que te duchabas quedaba todo perdido, eso sí, te dejan una especie de escoba para el agua para que tu mismo te limpies el baño, muy cutre... el baño tenía 3 luces, dos de ellas estaban fundidas. Lo único bueno que tiene el Hotel es la ubicación, muy cerca de la plaza donde está el Belfort y las vistas, que desde la habitación en la 3a planta, se ve medio Belfort, aún así, una de las ventanas estaba sucia y no se veía a través de ella.

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas du la grande place, chambre parfaite et calme à l'arrière et excellent petit-déjeuner avec de délicieuses gaufres. Tres bien accueilli. Je recommande.

El señor de la lavandería de al lado simplemente lo más grosero y maleducado del mundo , no volvería solo por no verlo más y encima caro y sucio. The man from the laundry next door was simply the most rude and impolite in the world, I wouldn't return just to not see him anymore and on top of that he was expensive and dirty.

I had a great stay at the hotel. But the simplicity of the rooms really reminds me of a "nice hostel".

The mattress is indeed fantastic but you must do something about the pillows. They feel like they need a refresh, including the cover and potentially a pillow liner.

Hotel in un ottima posizione, situato alle spalle della piazza principale e a pochi passi dalla fermata della free shuttle che ti porta in stazione centrale di Brugge.
Colazione abbondante e ricca per tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato. Camere super pulite, materassi comodissimi e via principale molto silenziosa. I gestori dell'hotel di una disponibilità e gentilezza unica, sono davvero contenta della mia scelta.
Tornerò sicuramente!!

Really good location, it really close to Grote-makt, supermaker and shopping street. The staff is very nice. The facility is good for the price. The room is not big but perfect match. Good breakfast.

But it a bit far from Brugge station.
My room is no.14, i think it is the one room to get protruding window.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for easy access to the popular sites of Brugge. We had a snafu with our flights and only half of our party arrived for our first day of reservations. The staff were very helpful accommodating our broken plans and coordinating with the people on site and those waiting to arrive. The property is well maintained and cozy. We would happily stay again if we find ourselves in town in the future.

Hôtel très bien placé, mais mal isolé et le réceptionniste pas très souriant. Il convient tout de même pour un court séjour à Bruges comme nous l’avons fait.
