This hotel is a true 5-star experience. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but this one is by far the best. The staff and location are amazing. Everything was immaculate. Rooms were fairly quaint, and so clean. The location of this hotel is 10/10, very close to all of the shops and square.
We visited during the holidays and the entire city was captivating and magical.
The only thing we weren’t able to try was the restaurant, which is Michelin starred, so a little unfortunate we weren’t able to get in for a reservation. Do that once you book the hotel. We ordered room service one night, and the lasagne bolognaise was the best lasagne I’ve ever had in my life.

The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and professional. The hotel is centrally located 2 blocks from the main square. The rooms are very nice to look at however they are not convenient for the traveler who wants to have a stress free vacation. There is very little room in the standard room, both in the bathroom for toiletries and for luggage in the actual room. The mattresses are also pretty small and they're more like mattress pads on top of a box spring. The HVAC also has pre sets so it can't go below about 68 Fahrenheit. In my opinion it is overpriced for the value you receive from the room and it's amenities. All of Bruges is expensive, but even still.

We had an excellent experience at this property. Very attentive staff, excellent amenities in the historic part of Bruges. We stayed there with young children and the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. The breakfast was phenomenal, served in high end porcelain dish. No detail was spared to surprise us. As a final surprise, bottles of water and mints were waiting for us in our car. Those little details make a world of difference! We will definitely return to this amazing property.

Très belle maison, nous adorons tout ce qui est ancien ce qui a une histoire. Le petit déjeuner sublime
Seul petit bémol lors de notre séjour : nous avons trouvé un slip homme qui ne nous appartenait pas. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception. La personne était très désolée pour cet oubli. Nous ne l'avons constaté que le jour de notre départ. Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Bruges

Nous avons pris la chambre classique, décoration chic.
Petites attention au niveau des aliments proposés et des produits de beauté dans la salle de bain
Nous avons adoré l’attention de nous déposer des chocolats durant notre absence au restaurant ainsi que d’avoir fermer les rideaux pour nous dormir
Petite musique classique d’accueil très agréable
La salle de bain est superbe, le marbre et le miroir très classe
Je recommande à faire une nuit dans cet hôtel, un peu coûteux pour le commun des mortels mais à faire une fois dans sa vie surtout dans une belle ville comme à Bruges
