We only popped in for a drink and nibbles as I'm far too tight to stay here, but this is the definition of how the other half live. Made to feel VERY welcome too ????

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is awesome. Location was perfect, just a few steps from city center in a quiet road. The room is quite small, but it is ok for Europe standards. They offer all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, and everything worked fine. The only problem was the beds: they put two single beds together, with a queen size mattress on top, which make it really uncomfortable to sleep.

The property was beautiful, a legacy property without being pretentious or "old fashioned." The staff was wonderful, everyone was so nice and attentive. The room was well-appointed, bathroom was clean and orderly. The best part of our experience (apologies to the rest of the hotel) was breakfast! It might have been the breakfast I've ever had. There was an amuse bouche with Breakfast! It was exquisite and the wait staff was also amazing. We heard one of the staff speak at least 5 languages in our two mornings enjoying breakfast- it was amazing.

We stayed here for 4 nights two weeks ago. The hotel is in a superb location close to restaurants, shops and the sites of Brugge.
The staff are amazing. We were so well looked after. The breakfast is amazing. We had dinner at their restaurant and it does not disappoint.
