Nell'insalata si trovavano i vermi, nella pasta i capelli, le camere erano piene di rotture, le finestre erano sporchissime

L'hôtel è al centro di Gallipoli con un'ottima vista, su tre lati, di tutto il lungomare. L'esperienza nel complesso è stata buona, con personale gentile e disponibile. L'esperienza della cena in camera è stata molto deludente, con servizio pessimo, con una piccola porzione di antipasto di mare e tanta insalata mista e con una bottiglia di vino scadente. Pagata comunque cara. Da non ripetere sicuramente. Per il resto la camera era ampia e con pulizia e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Possibilità di parcheggio interno.

Sono venuto qui per un viaggio d' istruzione credevo che l'albergo fosse un po' meglio anche perché si chiama bellavista ma visto che non puliscono le finestre sia da fuori che da dentro si riesce a vedere poco perché sono offuscate. per tre giorni abbiamo mangiato solamente pasta al sugo vergognosa per l'Italia. Gli ultimi due giorni ci hanno dato pasta panna e prosciutto e pasta zucchine e tonno. il bagno era abbastanza grande ma la doccia veramente nemmeno un buco, crepe nella stanza da tutte le parti aria condizionata non funzionante campanello riposto fuori dalla stanza non funzionante qualcosa di decente c'è ed è il letto ma visto che l'ultimo giorno mi hanno messo il lenzuolo sporco ritiro anche quello. la porta un altro po' e se ne viene a pezzi il servizio al quanto preciso ma con la voglia di vivere di un morto grazie più pane

- dirty, not clean
- filthy cutlery, glasses, floors etc.
- broken tiles, hangers
- stained and dirty windows
- cooling system does not work properly
- filthy fridge including mold
- toiletries had not been stocked up, especially shower gel and toilette paper
- kitchen without any cutlery, dishes etc.
- staff at the reception is absolutely impolite and unprofessional. They were gazing at us the minute we walked into the hotel which made us feel very uncomfortable
- staff could not speak English. We do not require to in general, but the rather lady behind the desk unfortunately gave us an attitude
- breakfast was not good
- it seems that the staff lives in the hotel too and unfortunately the accomodation is treated in such a way
- only the view is worth the money
- the coffee machine / dispenser is not working flawlessly. A cup of hot water for tea is always infused with a couple drops of coffee
