Truly wonderful experience. Each dish is stimulating and surprising inspired by the rich products Puglia’s land and sea have to the offer. The bread and baked goods are worth a trip by itself and wines are surprising and delicious. Highly recommend!

Was there last week with wife and two daughters. Service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. It certainly deserves it’s Michelin star. If you are near Conversano don’t miss this restaurant. Rossana and her staff are perfect.

Très bel endroit chaleureux. Une cuisine italienne comme on les aime ici en France. Tout était goûteux et raffiné. Du plaisir du début à la fin avec un service irréprochable.
Nous sommes revenus un week-end sur Bari juste pour le plaisir de retourner au Pasha que nous avions découvert il y a 3 ans ! Très belle adresse.

Location storica incantevole, personale gentile, attento e onnipresente (4 camerieri, 1 maïtre e 1 sommelier per 7 coperti in sala).

Percorso culinario a dir poco sensazionale (8 portate + vini) sia dal punto di vista estetico che qualitativo e quantitativo (arrivati alle portate dei dolci eravamo più che sazi).
Un plauso particolare alla pasticceria espressa da Angelica Giannuzzi.

Da sottolineare infine l’ingresso in sala dello chef Antonio Zaccardi che al termine dei pasti ha dialogato con i clienti e si è dimostrato molto professionale, cordiale, simpatico e disponibile.
