Only one crossaint is included in the price of breakfast, you have to pay extra for the others such as eggs, cheeses, etc. When paying it was a surprise. But the hotel is ????.

È un hotel comodissimo per chi deve visitare la città o soggiornarvi per lavoro. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose e a dire il vero con la disponibilità sui prezzi che danno (provare a contrattare non guasta mai) conviene più stare lì che in alberghi magari fuori dal centro . Attenti sulla pulizia, è molto professionali nel servizio , unico neo (per giustificare la quinta stella non data) il fatto che per un albergo di 4/5 stelle non si deve dare l’impressione di essere “attenti” sui saponi, bagnoschiuma o via dicendo . Un paio di pantofole usa e getta ad esempio sarebbero state ben accette. La colazione e variegata e con buona quantità di cibo .

Excellent location in the center of Altamura within a 2 to 3 minute walk to the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption.Parking is available in front of the hotel.
The town of Altamura is a nice central location with which to explore Mater and Gravina in addition to Altamura itself. The town is welcoming and authentic. It really comes alive after 7 pm so definitely stroll down the main promenade.
The staff of the hotel were very friendly, efficient and professional. One member of the staff also graciously drove the car to the hotel through town when we found the incoming road blocked due to a town festival.
The hotel is a renovated Palazzo with beautifully hand painted ceilings. The room was large and clean. There is an in room safe and mini fridge. The hotel is quite charming and quiet.

Buon albergo nel centro storico di altamura
Strategico per visitare la città e vivere appieno la movida cittadina in quanto la gente passeggia per il centro sinoa tarda sera, ottima la cortesia e disponibilità del personale dell albergo punto di forza, le stanze spaziose ma con qualcosina da perfezionare
