HOTEL MONTENEGRO BEACH RESORT ^{* * * *}

Absolutely Splendid Hotel and Staff!
Absolutely everything and everyone were fantastic! The location, the decor, the ambience, the vibes, the spa, casino, restaurants and most importantly the staff! The warmth, friendliness and willingness to help, of the staff at Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, restaurant (Stefan, Jovana, Pandy, the chefs), the spa ( Ivan and Ivana) are the biggest bonus to Splendid. It is these lovely staff which contributed to my stay being a very pleasant, restful and enjoyable one and won me over to visit again and again as well as recommend to friends!
A special mention to Ivan from the spa, who despite being so busy, very kindly and politely offered to do a show around of the spa and the facilities, as well as patiently explain the various treatments and help choose the right ones each day. Ivana, my therapist and physio was par excellence!
Stefan, the F&b Manager, cheerfully greeted us each time we went for our meals ( breakfast or dinner) and never failed to have a lovely conversation, explaining the menu and acknowledging us, despite the restaurant being so busy due to the ongoing Chess tournament. Jovana, specially requested the chef to make me an almond milk hot chocolate as I am allergic to whole milk and what was credible, was that she remembered my preference and offered me the same for breakfast, the next day as well. Pandy was very hospitable and friendly, and went all out to help me in getting my breakfast and the hot chocolate when Jovana was away. He too would ensure that he greeted us everyday and has a lovely conversation.
All in all, a perfect 10 for this fabulous hotel and the fantastic staff!

Suggestions: The lighting in the passageway of the room needs to be brighter, to easily access one's belongings from the cupboards.
