HOTEL PALMA ^{* * * *}

Service extra. Very tasty dishes, professional staff.

Stayed for11nights Oct 23.
Location and views are outstanding. Rooms are comfortable snd cleaning service excellent.
Breakfast very good. We didn't eat there otherwise.
There were real inconsistencies in staff service with some being very friendly whilst others were surly and not particularly welcoming. That said the housekeeping staff were all excellent. This is a real shame and something that let's the overall experience down.
We were hugely disappointed that the sunbeds had been removed as this was why we chose the hotel so close to it's private beach. There was literally no provision of seating on the beach ..just gravel and pebbles that were very uncomfortable. Our main issie was with jet2 with wuom we booked..but again there were inconsistencies in the reasons given about why the beds werent there. Outdoor breakfast seating was also remove during our stay which was disappointing.
The spa is lovely but again provision of all services was inconsistent..some days no jacuzzi and on others no steam room or water..
All in all some small adjustments and consistency with customer service could make this hotel a 4 star plus.

We came Tivat first time. And also we choose the Hotel Palma for honeymoon. Really perfect for services, rooms, places, foods etc. I recommend with my all heart honestly. And my special thanks to the best reception personell that they names are Millıca, Peter, Vukica, Ivana, Aleksandar, Lilana(I am sorry if I writed false). Really kind and helpfull personnel and I think they should appreciate with their Boss.

Türkiyeden gelen vatandaşlarımız için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. İlk defa Tivata gelmemize rağmen en iyi hizmeti bulmak bizim şansımız oldu. Otel personelinin her konuda yardımcı olmasıyla hiç zorluk çekmedik. Üstelik çeşit çeşit kahvaltısı, deniz manzarası, temizliğiyle bizden tam puan aldı.

Great hotel and location. Beach is just across the hotel. Breakfast is very good, with vege options ????. The only negative thing is that it's allowed to smoke near the hotel entrance and on the terrace, which is why when you open the window in the room to enjoy the sea view, you breathe cigarette smoke almost non-stop ????

Great location. Found food and rooms were not the best and drink prices were very expensive
