It was amazing! Such a beautiful place! Special thank to Aleks Kovachevich from the kitchen for great hospitality, kindness and attention for every detail. Also the boy at the door today was always so helpful and make everything perfect for our stay and travel back. We will definitely come back with pleasure!

We were unable to go to Montenegro due to force majeure factors. We and the hotel have already stated the reason why we did not go there. Before departure, we experienced the misfortune of being robbed, and our passports and certificates were stolen. We contacted the hotel and asked them to help us with the refund on a humanitarian basis, but the hotel did not do so. So I don't think such a high-end hotel should have such a service. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The One and Only Hotel in Portonovi, Kumbor offers a top-notch experience with its five-star service and convenient location near the port. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make for a pleasant stay. The restaurant options are diverse and worth exploring, and the breakfast selection provides a delicious start to each day with a variety of options. Overall, it seems like a fantastic choice for travelers seeking luxury and comfort.

We have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, each with its own unique qualities, but the One and Only in Portonovi stands in a class of its own. It’s an architectural marvel. Not a penny was spared in constructing this luxurious property. What particularly attracted us was its wellness program. Then there’s the unbelievable staff who truly enjoy what they do and genuinely care for their guests—they nailed it. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
