I had a terrible time staying here. Avoid this tourist trap! First they demanded I pay upfront by entering a Bancolombia and paying cash into their account. The private room they showed me was not habitable - it was an internal storage room above a shop that they had squeezed a bed into with no other space, no windows or fan, right next to the reception and entrance staircase. Very noisy and hot. It was worse than a prison cell. They changed my room and charged me an extra 80,000 pesos for the privilege to a small room in a wooden shack in the back yard, right next to their smoking area so it stank of Marlboro reds. I asked to pay by debit card as it made me go over budget but they said I had to pay an extra 7% tax. I refused and used the last of my money to pay, which meant I couldn't eat for more than 18 hours. I never received any love or even one smile the whole stay. Infact, the cleaning lady and manager were extremely rude to me for no reason. All the rooms are very small and noisy as there are many bars and clubs nearby. There was also a construction site on one side so hammering from 7am to 8pm. I do not recognise the experiences that other reviews had, I did not meet Lilly. I suspect this place has changed ownership as most of the recent reviews are negative. I did not slept well due to the noise an heat. Avoid this tourist trap!
