We reserve for 2 rooms. At the check in they make us wait until 4pm and we’re arrived with my familia and old grand-parents around 1:00pm some other guest got theirs rooms and us If I didn’t poke them they wait for give me one room ready at 4:00pm. When we arrived at the room#1 the smell of the room was disgusting and in the room #2 the AC was so big and noisy. that the noise was unacceptable and the air is directly on the bed…
I wait until the next day to swap room. On 2 nights only is very bad experience.

El personal de recepción es muy serio, parecían molestos. Me hubiera gustado un trato más cordial. El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación a la playa, y por esto mismo en las noches para dormir hay mucho ruido. El desayuno 10/10
