Muy bueno lo recomiendo lo único que me pareció un poco injusto es no tener nisiquuera café por los días de la estadía. Tuvimos que pagar cada cápsula aparte.

We had an excellent stay at El Cactus, the room was incredibly spacious and very modern with a huge terrace. There was a really lovely pool on the roof which had an excellent view. It was located close to the centre and near the marina which was a c. 10 minute walk. Maria was extremely helpful from check in to check out. Would highly recommend!

Si uno quiere alojarse en el centro ésta es una buena opción. Muy buenas instalaciones con agua caliente, dos piscinas, los empleados son muy eficientes y está bien ubicado como para descansar sin ruidos.

The front desk was helpful, checkin process was smooth and the room is a very large, clean and modern apartment with all up to date appliances and Hot water, like really hot can almost burn you in the shower and that is appreciated.

I reserved the deluxe room and I was surprised to get the one on the top floor with no other rooms next to mine, it had a big private terrace and a almost private pool on the door step. Almost private because available to all hotel guests but nobody uses it.

The service was amazing and it helped me a lot on finding the right tours, restaurants and even helped me changing the reservation for another hotel

Great small boutique hotel in the historic center of Santa Marta. Very nice air conditioned rooms (which you will absolutely want in Santa Marta) with 2 small pools. Great location that is walkable to everything in the historic center.

This is a great hotel to stay when you are in Santa Marta! The rooms are really big, clean, airco, and two pools to use. And the staff is the best, they supported us with any question we had. And the best part, at the reception they have a lovely cat (kiwi). She is so sweet, relaxed and beautiful ????

Great place at the heart of the historical center area short walk distance to the beach and the restaurants.the rooms are spacious luxurious suites with kitchen and living room .2 swimming pools at ground floor and at the roof . The roof terrace is beutiful with amazing view .the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast served at the terrace or to your room is wonderful, but I didn't like that there is no option to include breakfast on the booking, and you must order and pay at the hotel separately. Also there was a problem with the hot water in the shower sometimes there was hot water and sometimes not although we notified the staff the problem wasn't solve.

Great central place to stay. The blocks around are a little bit sketchy, not walk alone at night. The beds amazing. So close to all the restaurants makes so easy the stay.

This was one of the best hotels we have experienced so far! The rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, great showers. You can do your laundry easily there, the breakfast at the beautiful terrace was very nice. We arrived very early and spent hours at the pool on the rooftop (there is another bigger one on ground floor) and enjoyed a relaxing day in the sun before we checked in. Besides all that the best and most important fact about the hotel is the outstanding hospitality!! We felt welcome from the first minute, everyone was super kind and helped wherever they could (transport, great recommendations for restaurants, tours, sights, breakfast packages to go when we had to leave very early). Everyone speaks english very well. The locations is perfect, only a couple of minutes walking distance to the main downtown area but not noisy at all, a big supermarket close by.
Very very special thanks to Carlos, the most warmhearted person we met in Colombia so far! Wish you all the best and hope to meet you again in the future! Thank you for the best hospitality you made Santa Marta very special for us! Jannik & Shining

Très bon emplacement de l'hotel, le personnel est à l'écoute et très aimable. Deux piscines dont celle sur le toit avec une vue imprenable. La chambre dans laquelle nous étions, est très spacieuse et totalement équipée. La literie super confortable, on sent vraiment les produits hauts de gamme et de qualité. L'hotel regorge de plantes très soignées avec pas mal de petits cactus, clin d'oeil au nom de l'établissement. Le petit déjeuné est vraiment généreux.. Je reviendrai sans hésiter, hôtel élégant a la fois chaleureux.

le design de l hotel , la grandeur des chambres , les plafonds hauts, la qualité de la literie, la tranquillite du lieu, sont vraiment vraiment exellents , cet hôtel est le meilleur que j ai fait en colombie et de loin. Une petite piscine avec une magnifique vue sur le toit et une grande piscine assez grande avec beaucoup de verdure autour , au rez de chaussee. Je recommande fortement
