Tuve una estadía de 5 noches excelente en el hotel. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios. El desayuno es muy completo. La atención del personal es excelente, en todo momento disponibles a ayudarnos. Tuve un problema gastrointestinal por consumir agua en Isla Baru y desde el hotel llamaron a un servicio de urgencias que me asistió inmediatamente y me permitió recuperarme para continuar con mi estadía. En especial agradezco a Antony que estuvo atento en todo momento a mi recuperación.

My and my mum have stayed here twice now and the staff is always great. They are all super friendly and happy to help out the tourists staying at the hotel. They are also fluent in English and very approachable.
Staff members Anthony, Cira, Claudia and another lady whose name I can't recall are the best! (Although everyone is great lol)
Rooms are quiet, they have a nice pool and they helped us out heaps even after we checked out and let us take a shower after we came back from the beach just before we had to go to the airport

Un lugar súper acogedor , lleno de Historia las habitaciones cómodas , el servicio del personal excelente te hacen pasar un muy buen rato.

The location is great. Right in the heart of the wall city.
The staff are very helpful.
There is a free breakfast.
There is a nice rooftop. You can enjoy your evenings. There is a club right next door. So if you go to the rooftop you can party / dance from the hotel since it’s literally next door. If you have issues with noise, this may be an issue if you’re on the very top floor as noise may sleep through to your room. I personally loved it.
THE BAD:
Unfortunately the rooms and hit and miss. They are all different. I had to change rooms three times due to various issues. The last time the bathroom was SO tiny, your knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. But I didn’t want to deal with the other issues in the previous rooms (bugs, smell).
Overall, the staff really did try to make it work. But they can’t change the infrastructure of the actual rooms.
