We chose El Marques to be the reception for our wedding, we made the best choice. From the very beginning we felt very welcomed and cared for, throughout the planning Monica was always very helpful, once the wedding week came, all the other workers went the extra mile to make us and our family feel like home. We are forever thankful for our experience having our party at El Marques, the venue looked fantastic, our guests were fascinated with their drinks and the delicious food the chef prepared. The whole team I will always keep them in my thoughts with enormous gratitude. Alfredo, Juan, Claudia, and everyone else whose name I can’t recall. Thank you!

This place is my favorite in Cartagena. Besides the beauty of this historical place, the service is amazing, you will always find a kind person ready to help you with everything you need. My wife and I got married at El Marques on December and we have only gratitude for everyone. They even reserved for my wife and her bridesmaids an entire living room area (with a piano and high ceilings) to have their make up and hair before the wedding, with no additional cost.

We use just the restaurants, and for the price we pay, their food was not so great even the presentation not worth the price we payed
