We had a delicious lunch during our cruise ship stay. We found this by passing by and appreciated the service, the food and ambient and cool athmosphere of the place.

Probablemente ha sido de las mejores experiencias en un hotel que he tenido nunca ! Cuidan hasta el último detalle ! Desde la bebida de bienvenida que está riquísima , hasta te dan las buenas noches y te dicen que tiempo va ha hacer . Las instalaciones son preciosas y al ser pocas habitaciones te permite tener una intimidad que no se encuentra en otros sitios . El personal genial ! Desde las personas que te atienden en el mostrador hasta Catherine ! Era el cumpleaños de mi novio y todos los sabían , le felicitaron y hasta cantaron ! ???? experiencia totalmente recomendable !

The hotel is fantastic, and the staff are truly exceptional. I must give special recognition to Leonardo and Branclo! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

If I were to suggest areas for improvement, I would mention the need for stronger shower pressure, as it was quite low. Additionally, having some simple grilled menu options for the poolside would be a great addition. I am eagerly anticipating my next trip there!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We’ve stayed at a lot of nice places and this is right up there with the best. Service is second to none, from Valeria at reception, Amaury making drinks at the bar, David and German serving breakfast to the two Jesus’ at the incredible experience of their private beach at Acasí. I’m sure I’ve left out some names, but if I could give it 10 out of 5 stars I would. Right in the heart of the walled city. Will definitely be back!
