Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful rooms with gorgeous views. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Thanks for a fantastic visit!

Everything is as described and shown in the pictures.
It's great to have your own sauna and hot tub, and the large windows are heated so that they stay free of snow and ice.
There was a very good selection and high quality at breakfast and dinner.
The entire staff (driver, reception, restaurant and kitchen) is excellent, polite, helpful, we had some last-minute changes to meal times, everything was done to our complete satisfaction.
The manager/owner can be proud of his employees.

Exceptional customer service as expected, amazing glass experience apartments, 2 minutes away from Santa’s Village. We have chosen the half board option as during the day we have had different activities scheduled so we knew we’re not going to be in for lunch time. The food was exceptional, the staff was 10+ and the cocktails were really strong and tasty.

Any issue we have raised was resolved in a matter of minutes and our accommodation was well worth. Also, each apartment has its own jacuzzi tub in a secluded area in the back of the apartment, every morning you wake up you can see reindeers walking by and every night you can fall asleep while watching the sky and the stars or the trees moving slowly. A magical experience which we definitely recommend!
