Excellente situation et chambres au centre de la ville. J'ai trouvé le serveur le plus sympathique au restaurant - Kwijten était le meilleur. Très serviable avec les informations sur les aurores boréales. Excellent service

Très grand, plutôt un complexe qui accueille trop de monde et tout est chaotique. Le check in à partir de 15h, une queue impressionnante, les gens se faufilent et personne ne dit rien. Un manque de contrôle. Le buffet du dîner ne vaut rien. Et les chambres sont très spacieuses mais on entend tout et la réception ne prête pas attention aux plaintes. Le personnel et le service sont tellement inattentifs que vous payez beaucoup d'argent et ça n'en vaut pas la peine.

Je vais essayer de ne pas entrer dans les détails. Mais en résumé, ils ne se soucient pas de vous. Ils ne vous aident pas du tout. Le buffet du dîner est nul. Le petit déjeuner est un peu meilleur. Les lits sont très confortables mais vous pouvez entendre les voisins respirer et les gens s'agiter dans les couloirs. Ce n'est PAS un endroit pour se reposer, si vous y allez avec des enfants, il peut être utile, mais si vous y allez sans enfants, il est rempli d'enfants et la tranquillité n'est donc pas une option. L'emplacement est bon. Heureusement, je ne suis resté qu'une nuit. Mais je le répète, le personnel n'est pas du tout serviable. Je ne reviendrais pas même pour un séjour gratuit.

Mon amie et moi y sommes allées en novembre pour notre voyage, c'était déjà très festif ! Partout où nous sommes allés, nous avons eu l'impression d'être en pleine magie ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel ne pouvait pas être meilleur, le service était très bon, la chambre où nous avons séjourné avait un plafond très haut et propre, le petit déjeuner était fabuleux (bien que certains aliments étaient un peu froids), mais ils avaient beaucoup de choix avec leur propre gaufrier "do it yourself" ????????????. J'ai passé un séjour fantastique, merci ! J'espère revenir un jour, joyeux Noël à vous tous ????????????????????????

Sehr gute zentrale Lage und Zimmer mit Saune in der sechsten Etage. Etwas der Lack ab in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Schöne Bar unten im Hotel.

I took part in a conference held here and bough breakfast in the restaurant. The conference rooms and area were spacious and well equipped with a separate dedicated lounge room and the breakfast was delicious (I only wish they had real juice). I visited my friends room and the rooms also looked comfortable and big and all in all everything looked nice and clean and modern. The only downside was the lunch. I don't know who took care of the menu, perhaps it was the organization of the conference , but there were limited choices in both food and drinks and many dishes were not tasty.

Of all the hotels in the tour this hotel at Rovaniemi, Finland and Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort (Glass Igloos) at Saariselka, Finland are the best. The ambience of the hotel rooms were excellent..

השירות פה והחדרים לא ראויים למחיר, לא ממליץ לבוא לכאן בעיקר עם ילדים.
שירותם ללקוחות הוא לא ראוי אני באתי עם הילד שלי ולא היה לו אוכל בארוחת ערב, ואז ביקשנו אם יש משהו לילדים ואז קראו למנהלת והיא צעקה עלינו.
פשוט חוצפה לא ממליץ ללכת למלון.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Location is truly amazing (in the center of the town). Our room windows were facing the main street.
Super nice touch is the sauna on the 5th floor. We used it every day.
Rooms are cozy, spacious and modern.

Great service, great location, great range for breakfast. Nice spaces, big clean rooms. Very central. Bedrooms do become fairly warm, becames a bit overwhelming when changing into thermals!

Nice and quiet.

Great for everyone, especially families.

Tultiin perjantaina 3.11. moottorikelkka messuille ja ei tuolloin tiedetty että hotellin tiloissa oli yökerho auki klo.04,00 asti. Seki että yökerho sijaitsi 2-kerroksessa ja meidän huone 3- kerroksessa. Eka yönä ei paljon nukuttu ja kutsumaton vieraskin tuli ovesta sisään yllättäen. Aamiaisen jälkeen menimme respaan kertoilemaan edellisen yön kokemuksia. No kovasti pahoittelivat, sanoin että haluamme vaihtaa huoneen 6- kerrokseen jota ei heti luvattu. Ihmettelivät tuota yöllistä kulkijaa ja lupasivat tutkia asiaa ja aikoivat soitella mihin ratkaisuun päätyvät. Aamiaisesta sen verta, että parempiakin kattauksia ollut halvemmissakin hotelleissa. Soitto tuli aikanaan ja lupasivat uuden huoneen 6- kerrokseen ja yllätys oli mahtava kun oli saunallinen huone ja näkymä Rovaniemen katolle mahtava. Loppupeleissä kaikki meni hyvin..

Posizione ideale per visitare Rovaniemi, raggiungibile in auto e con stazione taxi davanti. Dotato di ristorante, bar e sauna compresa nel prezzo. Le camere hanno un arredamento un po' vecchio ma sono confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario.

The hotel is clean and good. But I'm shocked that events with loud music are organized and you can't sleep! You hear the sounds of music up to the 4th floor! It is not normal that as a customer we cannot sleep and have to wait until the event is over. No respect for other guests who paid for their rooms. The staff is very nice and can't do anything. It's not their fault. It is up to management not to accept events like this in the middle of the night!
