Cet avis concerne le spa et le soin du visage. C'était parfait. On profite d'une demi heure de spa et après un soin hyper relaxant avec un massage des pieds et du cou en plus du soin.
Ça vaut même plus que cent euros au final ☺️
L'accueil est très chaleureux !!

C’est toujours un immense plaisir de séjourner chez vous !!!
Tout y est toujours parfait ! L’accueil , La chambre, le petit dej, le cadre , la piscine …. et le Spa que nous avons pu découvrir cette année !
Comme chaque été , notre escapade c’est à l’hôtel Côte Brune ! Et nulle part ailleurs !

We had a family room which was large and well appointed. The hotel facilities were good, though breakfast was fairly ordinary. The spa was nice but we were very surprised and disappointed to find they had removed all the seating on our last day "as the hotel was closing that day for the season". If they accepted our booking and we paid full price to stay then the hotel was clearly open and they should have kept all the spa facilities in place for another 12 hours. This was a staggering lapse in customer service but we didn't let it spoil the holiday and the service overall was helpful and friendly. Be aware also that there is a huge apres ski club next to the hotel with very loud music but it's only for a couple of hours later afternoon/early evening so not a big deal.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the high standard quality of Hotel Côte Brune's service. The kindness of the staff is remarkable. The whole accomadation is are very clean and well maintaind. The location of the hotel is also unique and close to everything.
Little progression points or to check, is that we experienced a rather slow Wi-Fi and the sleeping area of the mezzanine of the family room was a little too warm to sleep in. But as I say, these are little remarks and maybe temporary. because we really recommend this Family Hotel where we hopefully will return next year.

We liked the hotel, it's on the first line to the Slopes and in 5 min walk to Jandri Cabin Lift. The hotel itself is really cosy and SPA is amazing although you need to book it and it's a bit crowded sometimes as not everyone follows the rules unfortunately. The staff is very helpful and nice. ||It can be noisy sometimes and you can hardly nap from 15 to 19 as there is noisy Umbrella Bar by the hotel. Parties stop strictly at 19 and it was not a problem for us. Dinners had 3 courses set which usually was really good but not fantastic. What surprised us not the best way is that breakfast is only from 8 to 9 and has very poor variety taking into account the night price and stars rating. We still liked the hotel and spend the good time there!

Cet avis concerne le restaurant. ||J'ai l'habitude d'aller à ce restaurant et c'est à chaque fois très bon. Je vous recommande vivement de prendre les ribs qui sont selon moi le meilleur plat du restaurant. |Malheureusement en fin de saison la carte est progressivement réduite et je n'ai pas pu en avoir quand j'y suis allé. Cependant l'entrecôte de veau avec son écrasé de pomme de terre et sa sauce aux cèpes était délicieuse. |De plus, le café gourmand est très bien garni et varie en fonction des envies de la cuisine.

So what did we like about the Cote Brune? Pretty much everything! It's location for a start - off the main drag and very near to the super new speedy Jandri Express to whisk you to the top. You can ski right back to the ski lockers too. The food is superb - - we chose their specials most nights . Lunch on the terrace is recommended too. The hotel is family run and all the staff, including the cleaning ladies are so helpful and friendly which makes such a difference, We were welcomed by the lovely Caroline who set the standard for the rest of our stay. What else - it's a very pretty, quiet hotel with a charming feel and has recently been refurbished and although bathrooms have showers only (apart from in the family room) residents can book into the spa with a bubbling Jacuzzi and very steamy steam room! |If you like an upbeat apres ski bar, you have that too with their Umbrella Bar (from 4 - 7pm).|All in all, thoroughly recommended.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Côte Brune.

L’emplacement est idéal, directement au pied des pistes, ce qui rend l’expérience particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant. La carte du restaurant est variée et de qualité, avec des plats savoureux.

Quelques points d’amélioration :
- Dans la chambre, une seule petite bouteille d’eau « Cristalline » était disponible pour deux personnes. Il serait appréciable d’offrir une bouteille d’eau par client et d’opter pour des bouteilles en verre plutôt qu’en plastique.
- L’accès au spa est limité à des créneaux de 30 minutes, une information qui mériterait d’être mieux mise en avant lors de la réservation afin d’éviter toute surprise.

Globalement, une belle expérience !

in typical wooden chalet style, with all amenities, a very atmospheric wellness, and as an added bonus the umbrella bar where young and old can enjoy the great après ski. Hotel is located right on the slopes, directly at the lift. The hotel is managed by a very passionate and friendly family.

Excellente localisation au centre de la station et au pied des pistes. Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une bonne cuisine. Les petits déjeuners sont classiques, il pourrait y avoir une plus grande variété sur des produits locaux comme le fromage et la charcuterie.||

Great location - 100m from main lift.
The dinner is superb, the hotel has a fantastic chef!
Last but not least - service is great, sorting all issues in a timely manner.
The only inconvenience is WiFi, it is so slow afternoon that it is even impossible to download e-mails. It never bother me before, however the hotel is located in a spot where the mobile internet signal is very weak. However - you can look at this from positive angle - if you are on holiday in mountains why would you spend your time on screen?

Inadmissible de faire payer le petit déjeuner 12€ et le repas du soir 25€ a un enfant de 2 ans alors que c’était une formule demi pensions, malgré que l’hôtel avait été prévenu des lors de la réservation que il y avait un enfants,
