Nous avons déjeuner sur la grande terrasse cuisine italienne. Tout était très bon et copieux. Le.bonus nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine et du beau panorama alentour.

Ambiente molto familiare, Enrica e Marco ti fanno sentire come a casa. La cucina di Marco è veramente ottima, ogni sera una sorpresa!! Super consigliato! Ps Michel è Super!!

Très bonne surprise , hôtel super bien placé dans le centre de la station . Accueil incroyable de la propriétaire, excellente nourriture avec le chef italien aux fourneaux ! Et on peut profiter de la superbe piscine avec vue sur les montagnes. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Emplacement au calme alors qu on est plein centre de 2 Alpes. À conseiller sans hésiter

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet hôtel cet été : accueil très chaleureux et familial, équipe aux petits soins, très jolie piscine extérieure chauffée avec vue sur les montagnes (serviettes fournies), tables de ping-pong, petit-déjeuner varié et copieux (parfait pour les sportifs), parking privé gratuit (appréciable aux 2 Alpes...) + grand garage fermé pour mettre les VTT), grande terrasse, au calme tout en étant dans le centre. Chambres propres, literie de qualité, avec balcon et vue sur la Muselle. Nous avons inauguré le déjeuner en terrasse ce midi (le risotto est excellent !). Merci ????

Séjour très agréable avec un accueil chaleureux. L'emplacement est idéal et le petit déjeuner très bon. Le goûter après ski est une super proposition!

We have just spent a fabulous week at Belle Etoile. If you are looking for modern luxury then it is not for you. I believe renovations are on-going though. We were treated like special guests from start to finish by the very professional staff who take pride in their work. Marco is an excellent chef, particularly the homemade pasta and desserts. Breakfast is beautifully laid out with usual continental choices in addition to different pasties, breads, option to boil eggs as you like or bacon and fried eggs made fresh to order. From 3.30pm Quentin will serve you a hot drink from the bar to accompany one of Marco’s cakes - the thick hot chocolate with whipped cream is delicious.|Evening meal is a choice of 3 ‘starters’ followed by a set main meal. The first and second courses are both similar large sizes. Typically the first course is either soup, a pasta dish, and a third option. The main meal is usually a meat with vegetables depending on the theme. Dessert is a choice of two homemade Italian desserts such as ice cream (pistachio was incredible) or a pudding or cheese and crackers. If you have fussy eaters in your party then they may not appreciate the set menu, but I really liked the freshly cooked limited menu (although I did skip the Veal main dish one night as it’s not to my liking and I wish I had asked for the steak main to be medium or well cooked as it came out cooked rare as default). Quentin in the bar makes fabulous cocktails to order and is clearly passionate about them as he spent the last few nights scribbling away in his book designing the cocktail menu for next season in the planned refurbished bar. The place is spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable and lots of hot water for baths/showers. A bonus is the shutters in addition to the curtains which make the bedrooms very dark and quiet. The hotel is in the town with the ski hire shop opposite and the bus stop around 50m away with a few minutes ride to main gondola lift ‘Jandri’. The boot room is very small but nicely heated so everything dries out. There is a spa area - the hot tub wasn’t in use when we were there but we did have a lovely time in the sauna which you can book for a private slot.|Overall this is a gem of a hotel - not fancy, but guests are treated like visiting royalty by a lovely bunch of people. Special thanks to Alicia, Brigid, Maximilian (classiest waiter I’ve ever come across), Jonny, Quentin and Marco.

Excellent service throughout, the staff are wonderfully helpful and cheery in this family run hotel. The food throughout the week was fantastic with a bespoke Italian flavour. A short walk to the slopes makes first lift ever more efficient. Would absolutely return.

Highly reccomend as a wonderful place to stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food here is delicious. Very high quality varied ingredients and the staff as extremely accommodating for their guests. Large portion sizes for dinner and lovely pastries and freshly cooked eggs and bacon in the morning.
The room was spacious, bathroom recently refurbished and clean. The hotel is very near the slopes so perfect for skiing holidays. There are little tables you can sit at in reception with a free hot drink and cake each day including a very nice hot chocolate. The hot tub was broken during our stay but we still had a wonderful time. The only suggestion I would have is bigger tables for drinks in the evenings after dinner to stay in the hotel for larger groups would be nice.

Hôtel idéalement placé, le service était top par contre des traces de pisse séché dans les toilettes de la chambre pour une nuit a 300 euro pour deux je trouve ça inadmissible

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour a l'hôtel la Belle Etoile en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses et nous avons apprécié la literie très confortable . Nous avons apprécié la bonne cuisine du chef Marco et le petit déjeuner copieux et varie avec beaucoup de produits locaux , fromage, miel, noix … un régal. Merci a Erica pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse , et a toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leur sourire, leur disponibilité et leur efficacité.
L'hôtel est bien placé en centre station , pas loin des remontées mécaniques et des navettes de la station et le parking prive est bien pratique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir . Pascale Pottier et sa famille

Perfect location for ski lifts, ski bus stop, bars and restaurants. On the flat so east to walk back to after a day on the slopes.|Very helpful and friendly staff. |Continental breakfast and three course evening meal with choice of starter and pudding.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la responsable. Très gentille et très arrangeante. On a pu prendre la chambre des 11h et le lendemain elle nous a laisser la chambre jusqu’a qu’on parte.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Toute l’équipe est très agréable.
Le spa est très bien également.
Par contre il faut un peu marcher pour rejoindre les pistes, mais il y’a des navettes qui passent régulièrement a coter de l’hotel.

We visited for a week on 4th January until 11th 2025! The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and really helpful to cater for any needs! Great location with one of the main gondolas only a 5minute walk away. The food was really enjoyable with lots of variety too. The room was clean and tidy and we had a balcony with great views.|The hotel spa facilities were booking only but meant you could enjoy them for half an hour each evening with no one interrupting!|We would 100% stay here again!|Extra special thankyou to the staff here! You made our stay very special!

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Belle Étoile, nous avons bénéficié d'un super accueil malgré une arrivée tardive, l'hôtel est bien situé à quelques mètres des pistes du domaine des 2 alpes, le cas VFD s'arrête à quelques mètres ce qui est pratique quand on vient en train depuis grenoble. Côté nourriture petit déjeuner copieux ! Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel ad agosto con un' amica, posso solo consigliarlo. Ambiente famigliare, ottima cucina abbondante e varia, il personale molto gentile e simpatico , ambienti puliti e confortevoli. Spero di ritornarci presto. Grazie a tutto lo staff

Davvero una bella esperienza! Oltre ad una posizione invidiabile, su Avenue de Muzelle, a pochi passi da varie seggiovie, la struttura è ben tenuta e il personale, sia di sala, che ai piani e’sempre prodigo nel soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. La piscina è sempre tenuta efficiente. Lato food: colazione internazionale sempre molto valida. A cena, opzioni sempre diverse e varie. Costanza e Francesca alla reception sempre disponibili a fornire suggerimenti per le escursioni.

Un' esperienza a dir poco fantastica! Davvero un'accoglienza e una disponibilità ragguardevoli! Tutti molto cortesi, a partire da Mariano, Francesca, Costanza, Bea, splendidi padroni di casa, ai ragazzi in sala, la cara Simon, Isaac a Benedetto che mantiene la piscina in maniera ottimale. Location strategica, per raggiungere facilmente le varie seggiovie. Disponibile anche un bella palestra.

Hotel davvero caratteristico, camere molto belle e pulite, cibo ottimo e abbondante, posizione strategica vicino agli impianti, e in estate è dotato di una bella piscina con prato e parquet in legno,personale gentilissimo, ci tornerò, e porterò con me molti amici che vogliono farsi una bella vacanza in montagna

Un posto molto confortevole, conduzione familiare. Abbiamo passato giorni magnifici tra sauna, palestra, piscina e come la descrive la proprietaria nella splendida Disneyland dello sport! Consigliatissimo!
