Low end hotel, trying to pass itself off as 5 star . All the staff need to be replaced and rooms remodeled , won’t ever stay here again

Le service est digne d’un palace, le personnel très attentif et disponible
Les chambres sont exceptionnellement belles

Je ne comprends pas la note globale qui est attribuée à cet hôtel, elle est bien en deçà de notre expérience. Venus en couple pour une nuit nous avons dîné et dormis, très belle soirée, personnel très accueillant et souriant. Chambre bien entretenue et propre. Salle de restaurant refaite récemment, vue magnifique et services à la hauteur d’un 5*.
Je recommande cet hôtel calme et plein de charme.
