This hotel has some serious issues with maintenance and cleaning. We cancelled a 3 day stay after one sleepless night and switched to another hotel. The hotel is on a busy street and the rooms have air vents that make any noise reduction impossible. The room was only somewhat quiet between 5am and 7am. We had booked a non refundable stay and the host basically said ”tough luck, don’t you know this hotel is in Juan-Les-Pins? - we can’t do anything”. Then he proceeded to misgender me ”madame”. I was completely in chock. The whole thing is very upsetting. I would like a refund for the 2 days we didn’t stay.

This hotel is on an incredibly busy street with music and activities all night. The rooms have very poor noise isolation so you hear everything. Avoid if you want a quiet sleep.

The hotel is not in the best condition. Paint and wallpaper peeling, etc. The rooms, especially the bathroom, need some love.

Hotel très propre, bien placé, décoré avec goût et personnalisé. Très bon accueil, réactif, prevenant et à l'écoute.|Petit bémol sur les chambres côté rue qui subissent le bruit des gens qui sont au restaurant et bar jusqu'à 1h-2h du matin. |Petit déjeuner très agréable dans Le jardin terrasse au bord de la piscine.

Great Boutique hotel, amazing/ attentive staff. In a safe and fun area right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool|Area was lovely and breakfast was good. The rooms have cool and unique touches that we appreciated. Didn’t mind the minor sounds from the other restaurants near by.
