The arrangement with their sister hotel, Belles Rives for access to the beach club is a trap, charging for beach towels - they tried to charge us e70 for towels for 2 people as beds were wet and we had to use multiple towels.
And to the Manager, please do not abuse your guests for pointing out deficiencies in the service. Totally unprofessional departure experience. A disappointing stay.
