Lamentable atención al público. Mi hijo de 9 años ha salido a comer algo y no le han dejado volver a entrar, aunque todavía le quedaba mucho tiempo. Su hermano y sus amigos se han quedado dentro y él fuera...

This is the perfect place to recover after a hard day of snowboarding. The staff were all pleasant and able to communicate in English perfectly. We used the wellness centre which had all the facilities as listed. Everything was clean, working, and had instructions clearly marked in English and French. The lockers are free and the wristband system means you can use them without coins or keys. Considering we are up in the alps and the other wellness centres are in 5 star hotels at premium prices, I think this facility is definitely worth it for just under 25 euros.

Massage Réflexologie des 7 zones au top pour lequel je mettrais volontiers 4 étoiles ! Un vrai moment de détente personnalisé avec une masseuse à l'écoute. Dommage toutefois que la musique d'ambiance ne permette pas de couvrir le volume sonore de l'animation en piscine... (pour un bâtiment refait, l'acoustique est plutôt insuffisante). Mon bracelet utilisé également pour le spa ne fonctionnait plus pour rouvrir mon casier de vestiaire à la sortie... (peut-être un produit à revoir).

Diese moderne Anlage ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Erholung benötigt - verschiedene Heißluftbäder, zwei Schwimmbecken mit Sprudelfunktion, bequeme Sonnenliegen und ein erfrischendes Eisbad. Die Schließfächer werden praktisch mit Armbändern bedient. Nach 16 Uhr wird es recht belebt, aber vorher kann man die angenehme Ruhe genießen.
