Quick French coffee at 11am. Served hot and delicious. Outdoor seating in their tables very good but a little cramped when all tables are full. Great sunny spot though with terrific views of Val Thorens. Staff friendly spoke good Frenglish ????

Siamo arrivati a Jasper lunedì a mezzogiorno. La mia insalata è arrivata dopo le pizze e i burger dei miei amici. Anna, che si occupava di noi, era molto simpatica e sorridente, e ci ha permesso di passare un buon momento. Buona fortuna a tutti i camerieri, le grida del piccolo uomo che sembrava essere il responsabile risuonavano durante tutto il nostro pasto...

The man with the badge "I Am The Boss" was one of the angriest men I've seen. The wait staff were lovely, but he ruined the atmosphere by clearly treating his staff poorly and being very blunt and aggressive towards us. While the food and the majority of the staff were nice, I would not come here again.

Fast service and good portions. Just what you need while skiing. Half a chicken was nice. Next time I'll try a bowl that has a lot of veggies and salmon <3

On a voulut commander au bar, on nous a dis qu'il fallait attendre sur les transats. On attendu 20 minutes avant de leur redemander on nous a dis "vous allez attendre un peu plus longtemps" surtout que ce n'était pas plein.
Serveurs désagréable, et bête. Ils devraient changer de métier, si ils n'aiment pas servir

Très mauvaise expérience avec l'un de vos serveurs, nous nous sommes rendus auprès de cet établissement afin d'y boire un verre (nous n'avons pas testé la restauration)

Serveur malpoli, se sentant investi de la mission. Après plusieurs oublis de commande (pourtant 2 coca, 1 vin chaud et 1 café) et ayant déjà réglé l'addition nous lui avons gentiment fait remarquer l'oubli (20 minutes d'attente pour un café) Monsieur préférait prendre d'autres commandes sans nous prêter attention et nous rappeler que c'était pas de sa faute s'il avait oublié.

(PS : Tout les autres serveurs étaient top, bonne ambiance générale)

Dommage d'être tombé sur le canard boiteux de l'équipe

I've been to Jasper multiple times spread over multiple years, but this restaurant is very consistent in being ABSOLUTELY horrible in every aspect. The only reason people go to this place is due to the central location. If you order here, you need to wait at least 45 minutes to get your food or drinks, which will be cold by then. And the waiters are always grumpy and ignorant. If I could give -10 stars I would.

Very warm pleasant atmosphere, our meals were fantastic, we had the Pierrade de Boeuf (thinly sliced beef that you cook yourself on a hot plate) and the service was great
