We found this by accident when we skied past this barn on the side of the piste in a snow storm. We had been aching for a cosy, rustic restaurant on the mountain. Cor years. I have had countless ski holidays in the 3 Valleys and nearly every bar and restaurant has modernised beyond any authentic roots.
This is a proper barn with a truely authentic Savouyard experience. The owners make some of the products, the menu is simple and the seating is limited. We couldn't get in immediately but booked for a return 2 hours later...
Food was simple, tasty and so fresh. And very good value. Service was charming. We loved it.
I so hope i can find another mountain restaurant just like this.... It will be difficult.

这家餐厅是高雪维尔唯一的一家农场的餐厅，所以是全年都开放的！但是需要续约 因为位置很少 真的忙不过来。而且上菜速度很慢，不赶时间的可以来试试～
位置在高雪维尔MORIOND那边的雪道上，名字叫：Ferme-auberge de L'Ariondaz
餐厅是由农场主Bernard和他的妻子Emily经营，菜单也很简单：肉肠拼盘，raclette烤芝士，fondue芝士火锅，芝士蛋饼
芝士、香肠、甜点都是自己家养的牛做的！
价格也很划算！！！我点了一整套 有面包 沙拉 一盘火腿香肠 一盘芝士 一盆土豆 还有自己做的奶酪做的类似提拉米苏的甜品和浓缩咖啡 39.5欧！撑的我顶不住，晚饭都没吃，还打包了几片芝士回家当早餐
但是我看隔壁两人吃的分量和我差不多，所以我也算是占了点独行侠的便宜？因为一般这种芝士火锅或者烤芝士都是两人起点的
重点是融化的芝士真的太香太奶太浓郁太丝滑了！盖在土豆或者面包上都好吃！记得加盐和胡椒调味。
太当地的体验了！强推强推！

Amazing food, best restaurant in Courchevel. Bernard and Emilie make their own cheese and charcuterie and it’s amazing.
