This place has it all. Full comfort and luxury in the middle of the Caprivi.
There are very little places like this in the world.

Rather underwhelming experience for the price you pay. The tents are no doubt fantastic and offer incredible views. However the rest is average and the service is not on a “luxury” level they claim it to be (rather slow and not that attentive). Same for management, not very engaging. The only place on our travel where we didn’t leave a tip. They were not even able to offer a vegetarian menu and when we opted for the steak due to lack of alternatives I was completely overdone. Other luxury lodges offer a variation of menus. Wifi is a disaster (why offer it in the first place)? We were also disappointed with the guide who didn’t properly introduce himself and wanted to put us together with a huge group who also arrived 20mins late and made us wait. For that “luxury” they claim it to be I would expect better planning and more personalized service.

das war das Highlite unsererer Reise. Super freundliches Personal und Management. Die Zelte sind perfekt. Das frisch gemachte Popkorn am Schluß eines Gamedrives :) (sundowner) werde ich in meinem leben nicht vergessen. Tiere natürlich alle Arten. April 2023

Eine fantastische Lodge, ein echtes Highlight auf unserer Reise. Die Lage mitten im Nationalpark ist wirklich einmal. Die Baumzelte sind richtig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Management Liz und Chris sowie das gesamte Team haben uns ganz toll empfangen und betreut, fast schon familiär. Für die Anreise ist ein 4x4 SUV wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch wenn es ganz einfach erscheint, die fast 12 km waren echt herausfordernd. In Summe geben wir gern ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Camping/rooms on the Kwando River. Power points only at ablutions for campers. Swimming pool. Ablutions are good with hot water. Nearly all campsites/rooms on the river bank. Lots of wildlife/bird life to experience. Safe to camp or lodge.
