We appreciate your feedback and have investigated the matter since.
Onguma Tamboti Campsite is fortunate to have occupancies higher than any year recorded. We are therefor in the process of expanding our seating area and tables available in the Restaurant, as well as introduced more services for food delivery to the campsites due to the high demand. We have also welcomed some new staff to the team and do apologize for the uncommon occurrence that didn’t meet expectations.
