Ottimo lodge confinante con il parco Etosha. Ottima cucina. Camere molto belle e spaziose. C'è una postazione di osservazione vicino alla pozza ben attrezzata da dove osservare gli animali in tutta sicurezza.

We visited this lodge early December 2023. Nothing short of amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean and seems to have everything a guest could need for their stay. The food served is out of this world, especially dinners with their complementary wine. The game drives and locations were nothing short of magical especially as we visited during the lush rainy season. Our guide made sure we were comfortable and informed at all times. This place is highly recommended and I will definitely visit again.

Probably the highlight of our 4 weeks in Africa. The food was as good as the best you'd get in a city. Binius was an incredible guide, passionate about the animals, their behaviors, and connection to the land. Exceptional service throughout.

Wir waren gerade für zwei Tage in der Ongava Lodge. Es war sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen war unglaublich schlecht und wir haben keine Tiere gesehen. Die Lodge an sich ist sehr schön, aber wir sind nur gekommen um Tiere zu sehen. Dafür sollte man definitiv in den Etosha Park fahren. Dort haben wir auf unserer Weiterreise unglaublich viele Tiere gesehen. Die Ongava Lodge liegt in einem privaten Park, der kurz vor dem Etosha Nationalpark liegt.
Ich empfehle jedem nur in den Etosha Park zu gehen und sich eine bessere Unterkunft direkt im Etosha Park zu suchen. Es ist ein gut gemeinter Tipp.
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal nach Namibia um die vielen Tiere zu sehen, dann werden wir aber definitiv eine Lodge direkt im Etosha Park wählen.
Euch allen wünsche ich eine tolle Reise.

Was sadly really looking forward to my stay here and maybe because I had just come from Onguma on the other side of Etosha, this place was wildly disappointing. The prices that they charge seem to be pretty high but the service is sub par, we were greeted by someone who I thought was a ranger but who turned out to be the host/receptionist.

The rooms were a far walk (I didn't mind but fyi if you have accessibility issues, it would be near impossible if I had brought my parents with me) and really really rundown (especially for the luxurious prices they're charging). Very little amenities in there and felt a bit dorm-like. The food was also really lacking.

I'm giving it two stars because I did like our guide (even though we didn't really see much on the game drive but not his fault) and the hide was awesome! I wish we stayed longer in Onguma on the other side.

Both Richard and I are very well traveled and have been fortunate to visit many luxury places around the world. We have found “Little Ongava” to be somewhere without compare. Namibia is a wonderful country and “Little Ongava” a gem within its many riches. The resort is simply magical, the experience one that provides so many enjoyable and enduring memories, and the staff incredibly warm, friendly and obliging.
Their passion and desire to make our stay so perfect resulted in the most fabulous time anyone can imagine.
The time has passed all too quickly, but we will for sure come back (we are already making arrangements for it).

Les chambres sont de grand confort,grande terrasse, douche au choix extérieure ou intérieure...Nourriture correcte, piscine, belle vue de la terrasse du restaurant sur le point d'eau. Mais lodge d'assez grande capacité, donc, plus de monde, on préfèrera finalement l'atmosphère familiale du Tented Camp.
