The food was not like before, I took 9 people for lunch on Tuesday the 26 and only the pizza was reasonably the rump steak,the fish and the lasagna definitely we could not eat it, we left without eating ,the service was also terrible

We only had lunch there and will not return

Campsite sehr ungepflegt, Toiletten, besonders bei den Männer total versch .... wohlgemerkt bei leerer Campsite und am Nachmittag. Sind schon viel in Namibia herum gekommen, aber das war das mieseste seit Jahren! Bei Gespräche an der Rezeption keine Entschuldigung

Loved the experience of being a guest at this lodge. Staff were courteous and so welcoming.

Very quiet place to stay.

We went camping there. We were the only campers, but as it was in town we did not really felt so safe. Loud music of the locals was also playing till very late hours. We were the only campers, but there were a lot of people showering till late at night and from early hours, I do not know where they came from. Was a bit disgusted with all the spitting from the guests while showering.

Had the worst dinner date there,.chew dry steaks served after waiting forever,.waiters overwhelmed as they were 2 on a biz nyt.great pizza though hence the 3 stars

The facilities are not bad and the price for camping is cheap. However, the staff has some of the worst attitude I have ever seen in hospitality and the rooms and food are definitely overpriced for this area and country. The reception staff act like you, the customer, are getting paid to work for them. They want to sit around doing little or nothing and get angry after 1 or 2 questions. The owner tries a little bit to act like he cares and wants them to change there attitudes but ultimately protects and supports them. Then he wastes time trying to show off his expensive Cadillac he bought with all the money he takes from tourists. The menu in the restaurant is difficult to understand and it is difficult to get a straight answer from anybody as to what food is available at what time. Not even the owner seems to know. He says one thing, the waiter says something different, and then the waiter changes what he/she says 2 or 3 times again later. It is obvious the waiters and kitchen staff just want to make there job easier by limiting the menu -- all a bunch of frustrating nonsense and waste of time. At this price, no way. There are a number of other choices in the area. Unless you want to pay a lot for a normal hotel room in the middle of the bush and you can tolerate a lot of nonsense and bad attitude I recommend trying a different place in the area.

The food here is amazing. Try their fish. Best I have ever had I may say.

The rooms are quite adequate, neat and clean. The receptionist and service staff are hardworking, friendly and helpful. The food quality is compromised especially the breakfast. The hot breakfast is precooked and then kept warm therefore not freshly served.

Best lodge with the best service ever in the North ????????
