Super place and exceptional accommodation with very tasty breakfast and a great view of the flamingos and the coast. The staff is super friendly. We made a mistake with the beds, but we still like to give it 5 stars because it depends on how you deal with a mistake. The hotel is very quiet, but you can still start great excursions from here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we will gladly return to Swakopmund again.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft. Jedoch wars in dem Zimmer trotz Heizung sehr kalt. Die zusätzliche Heizauflage für die Matratze konnte zumindest einen angenehmen Schlaf bereiten. Das Frühstück war okay. Die Beratung für Aktivitäten sowie Restaurants an der Rezeption war super.

Insgesamt eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Blick auf die Flußmündung und das Meer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Eiergerichte werden frisch zubereitet. Vor dem Fenster des Restaurant bekommen die Vögel Obst - nett zu beobachten.
In der kalten und feuchten Jahreszeit muss man muffiger Geruch und hoher Feuchtigkeit in den Hütten leben.

Prachtige locatie aan het strand met uitzicht op een groep flamingo’s! De kamer was sfeervol. Bedden waren prima en ik was erg blij met het electrische dekentje want het was koud! Vanaf dit hotel loop je zo het dorp in ( niet in het donker dat was niet veilig werd gezegd). Wij bleven maar 1 nacht en dat was genoeg met het weer ( zandstorm) maar anders had ik er graag nog een nacht willen slapen.

Me ha encantado la cabaña,las habitaciones correctas,la ubicación magnífica,con vistas a los flamencos,camellos y playa..hacia algo de frío pero estaba equipado con un pequeño calefactor imprescindible..lo único q le falta es tener un espejo grande

Sea view rooms have great view of flamingoes and, sometimes, camels. Smell of camels is ever present though - we didn’t find it too bad but inescapable. Nice breakfast room. Secure parking. Friendly staff. Need to drive into town.

Per la seconda volta abbiamo alloggiato allo Stiltz, entrambe le volte in uno chalet con vista oceano. Rispetto agli hotel in città adoriamo stare qui, le camere sono tutte indipendenti e collegate da una passerella in legno. È molto bello vedere il tramonto dal proprio balcone!
C'è un custode che sorveglia il parcheggio e la zona circostante. Sicuramente torneremo qui anche nel prossimo viaggio :D

Beautiful location with great view (Ocean, Flamingos, Camals). Breakfast offers a wide variety. The stuff was very polite and frindly.

What a way to start our adventure in Namibia. The accommodation, meals and staff were all fantastic. Wish we had more days there.

Идея с этим отелем хорошая. Домики стоят на сваях на берегу океана. Из окна ты можешь видеть океан, фламинго на озере и несколько верблюдов. Домики сделаны в деревенском стиле, очень стильно и необычно. Каждый домик имеет балкон. В комнате есть всё необходимое, хороший интернет. Единственный минус - чистота. В комнате странно и неприятно пахло от кровати, запах не выветрился, пол по моему так же был не вымыт, унитаз требует замены. Кровати хорошие с подогревом, спать было комфортно. Завтрак был все время однообразный, яичницу хорошо готовят, остальное как обычно при шведском столе. В это время года май погода была очень холодная, влажность в комнате, хотелось согреться, был обогреватель и хороший напор горячей воды.

Sehr nette Lodge mit sehr, nahezu herzlichem Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt und das Frühstück sehr genossen. Beste Aussicht aufs Meer in den Häusern 6 und 7 ????

We spent a few nights here in October. The weather was cold and the atmosphere gloomy. The room was dull and poorly heated. Everything had a manky cold feel about it. However, the place is clean, staff friendly, breakfasts were good but a few things like mats in the room were old and tattered and should be replaced.

Erg toffe plek om te verblijven. Lekkere bedden, aardig personeel en prima wi-fi op de kamers. Zeker de huisjes met zeezicht zijn een aanrader.

Eine ganz besondere Lodge. Die Hütte steht auf Stelzen und ist direkt in der Nähe vom Meer, man kann es rauschen hören ????
Es ist nah an der Stadt und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Absolute Empfehlung!
Sehr gemütliche, charmante Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und tollem Badezimmer. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Auch das Frühstück hat uns gefallen. Eine etwas grössere Brotauswahl, als nur Toast wäre schön, aber das ist der einzige Minuspunkt.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, wir konnten ganz spontan verlängern und haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und sieht schon vom Zimmer aus in die Dünen und auf das Meer.

Schöne Anlage, die zwar ein wenig abseits, aber trotzdem zum Erreichen des Stadtzentrums gut gelegen ist.

Very unique and charming lodge in Swakopmund. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The bungalows are designed with much love and the look out (with lots of flamingos and the ocean) is stunning. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We loved it here!

Unique experience having room on stilts, beautiful room with amazing view on Atlantic Ocean and flamingos right in front. Nice breakfast buffet. Great location, short walk to beach and short drive to downtown Swakopmund. Also used laundry service, all good! Staff friendly and helpful too! Recommendation!

Sehr nette Idee, Häuser auf Stelzen zu bauen! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; großzügige Unterkunft allerdings (fuß-)kalt und durch die schlechten Heizungsmöglichkeiten Schimmel im Bad und teilweise in den Zimmern

Ausgefallene Architektur und sehr gemütliche Innenausstattung. Direkt am Meer, mit Blick auf Flamingos und die Brandung als ständiger Begleiter. Der Staff ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, Restaurants am Meer und das Stadtzentrum sind in Laufdistanz. Wir kommen wieder, wenn's uns wieder einmal nach Swakopmund verschlägt!

Demander le bungalow 8 avec vue sur mer et le lagon avec les flamants roses. Chauffage d'appoint et matelas chauffant, il'fait frisquet la nuit. Bon acceuil. Hébergement spacieux et propre, à côté de la jetée et ses restaurants
