Si le paradis sur terre existe, c est probablement ici. Nous tenons à souligner la disponibilité et l ecoute des équipes, l'accueil est parfait, la nourriture est excellente, la décoration et la gestion des espaces est fantastique, Ce lodge est idéalement situé à proximité du parc d'Ethocha. Nous avons vu de nombreux animaux lors de notre Safari. Le seul moment désagréable de ce sejour aura été le moment du départ! C est en effet très difficile de quitter un endroit aussi magique! C est le plus beau lodge que nous ayons fait en Namibie nous reviendrons !!!

Wir waren eine Nacht in der Etosha Oberland Lodge zu Gast. Die Anlage ist toll angelegt, modern und luxuriös gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum. Man schläft und duscht mit Blick nach draußen. Die Privatsphäre ist auf Grund des Abstandes der Häuser voll gewährleistet. Längere Fußwege zum Haupthaus muss man hinnehmen. Leider ist das WLAN sehr schlecht. Der Service ist etwas ausbaufähig. Die Lodge ist toll, im Verhältnis zum Preis für uns aber nur 4 Sterne, trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Super séjour de deux nuits, l'hôtel rénové est incroyable, les chambres sont si confortables et se fondent dans l'environnement. Bravo à tout le personnel qui a rendu notre expérience encore meilleure !!

Unbelievable expensive for what you get there. Service ok but some things did not work. Breakfast not very special. We booked a family room superior for 2 adults our daughter must pay additional 11000 NAD for three nights even the booked room was for families. The internet does not work even at the reception. In rooms was an unprofessional access point of TP always disconnected.
All activities are chargeable.
The entrance of etosha is not really fare but if you want to see animals you have to drive a long way around area of halali or the east gate so the place is not perfect to visit the park. It’s our 6 time in Namibia but this place the first and the last.

thank you for voicing your opinion on your stay at Etosha Oberland. We are sad to read that your expectations were not met and we are taking your points seriously.

Your original booking was made for 2 adults, however, you were traveling with 3 adults and therefore we had to charge accordingly.

Our rates are including Dinner Bed and Breakfast, as clearly indicated on our rate sheets and through online booking platforms. Your remark regarding the southern entrance to the Etosha National Park and the limited amount of animals: It varies daily. We can therefore not comment on this point. We receive daily feedback from guests who enter the park through Andersson Gate and have magnificent animal sightings around Okaukeujo.
