One aspect that truly stood out during my time at the hotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or addressing any concerns, the staff members went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Le must de Namibie ! Un lieu magnifiquement décoré, une cuisine raffinée, un staff attentionné. Mention spéciale à Floyd notre guide et à Alfredo pour ses supers smoothies au bord de la piscine.

We had a very pleasant stay in breathtaking surroundings. The room/tent is so beautifully decorated. A bath with an incredible view. The team is really very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Delicious food and relaxing massage. It's a bit of a drive but well worth it. The journey there is also really very beautiful. In short, definitely do it if you are in Namibia. I want to thank the whole team again for everything. A big thank you.
