Considering that the outdoor pool was not working, that there was no running water during nightime and the bar was poorly stocked, the rate of 1,350 NAD PP sharing is a bit out of range. There are many places with better value for money in Namibia. Visited 28.02.23

Dirty! Derelict! Staff who are surly and disinterested. Filthy hot pools. Toilets don’t flush showers don’t work aircon doesn’t work. In the shop and bar area fridges and freezers don’t work. So in 46 degree heat you cannot buy a cold anything ! As the ONLY patrons in the restaurant the VERY surly and unpleasant staff took 40 minutes to acknowledge our presence and two hours to being 2 steaks. You pay R2500 for 2 people .. supposedly includes breakfast and dinner. But 90% of the dinner options were unavailable. Breakfast (scrambled egg) was brown dry and cold. This place is a health hazard !

The place is great. The food is great. However there is no one to ensure the safety of the patrons and particularly their children playing in the pools. This implies the parents are expected to ensure the safety of their children. When they don't, it falls to other users. In our experience I had a very hostile attack by a parent who was not looking after his child. I was threatened with assault. The whole experience left a very bad impression. The resort should not be abrogating its responsibilities.

Die Unterkunft war im Grunde in Ordnung. Der Indoor und der Outdoor Pool waren super. Nach einer Reklamation, dass sich die Klimaanlage nicht abstellen lässt wurde auch sofort geholfen. Zwei Männer kamen und haben sich innen alles genau angesehen. Leider war nach unserm Bad das Bargeld im Koffer weg. Da war definitiv jemand im Haus und hat alles durchsucht. Daher die schlechte Bewertung. Schade, denn dieser Eindruck überwiegt.
