KALAHARI ANIB LODGE

Ottima posizione. Buona cucina. Ottimo servizio. La camera dov'ero io era un pò piccola, non sò le altre. Ci sono 2 piscine. C'è ossibilità di usare delle biciclette per girovagare i dintorni. Hanno posizionato 2 pozze dove vengono ad abbeverarsi gli animali, una delle quali è appena fuori la sala ristorante.

Größere Lodge mit über 50 Zimmern in Bungalow Charakter. Ein Haupthaus mit Rezeption und Restaurant, daneben ein Gebäude mit Bar und Küche. Alles schön um einen Pool angeordnet.

Amazing spot for sundowners and good food

It was the first stop of our namibia trip two weeks ago. The rooms, pool and view are nice and we liked that they are hiking routes. The dinner was great, whilst for breakfast we missed any sweet things to put on bread (eg honey, marmelade) and the fruit salad only contained apples. We especially liked the game drive in the evening with drinks & snacks.

The reason why we only give a three Star Review overall is the (mostly) unfriendly staff und terrible service in the restaurant. A few examples: we had breakfast outside and had to ask three times until someone opened the umbrella for us - the waitress didnt even answer us, in the end i was even saying „thank you & sorry for bothering you“ (still no answer from her). Our table was also missing cups - so After not getting any after asking two times i got myself some tea in a glass. A waitress approached me „you need to get it in a cup“ - she promised me to bring me one which never happened. At the second evening we didnt order any drinks because we finished the wine bottle from the night before - after stating that the waitress ignored us for the rest of the evening and we were not even able to order soft drinks. They are many more examples - we did not experience this low level of service at any other place.

One of the best lodges and honestly with the best food we have ever had at any lodge so far. The chefs are really amazing. We stayed at the self-catering part of the lodge, big bathroom, showers and room. Everything you need is there. Fridge, cutlery, crockery. The beautiful red dunes are right outside your door. Highly recommend.
