j'ai trouvé une hospitalité extraordinaire à la réception du camping d'Olifantsrus. Bien sûr, l'Etosha est une région sauvage et NWR est certainement occupé à effectuer des réparations et de la maintenance ou à installer des améliorations (la route entre Olifantsrus et Okaukuejo était terrible même pour un SUV à la fin du mois de septembre, mais elle devrait être améliorée entre-temps comme prévu). Donc NWR, l'environnement est difficile, vous devez prendre soin de vos employés, ils font la différence. Et s'il vous plaît, n'augmentez pas les prix, ils sont déjà bien plus élevés que dans d'autres hébergements.
Une recommandation : installez une webcam au point d'eau pour que tout le monde puisse voir, vous pouvez garantir que les clients verront des animaux sauvages très facilement (sauf quand il pleut), en bas dans la tour, même si vous êtes si près, vous pouvez être effrayé ou surpris par un éléphant qui arrive soudainement.

Les représentants du service de la comptabilité, des finances, des réservations et des ventes sont très confus. Je recommanderais qu'une seule personne s'occupe des réservations. Finissez-en et passez à autre chose. Quel gâchis ce serait si notre groupe arrivait à destination et que rien n'était comme prévu. Partir en vacances et payer beaucoup d'argent devrait être un jeu d'enfant, pas un casse-tête.

Halali : chambre double bonne, restaurant bon, point d'eau génial. Déjà des éléphants dans l'après-midi et le soir, voire toute la nuit, beaucoup d'éléphants et de rhinocéros. Silence agréable.

Je me suis rendu au bureau de la NWR dans le CBD de Windhoek pour demander une carte Namleisure et faire une réservation. La procédure a été rapide et le personnel, y compris les agents de sécurité, a été très aimable. Très bonne expérience, bravo et continuez comme ça.

J'ai adoré le camp, de très belles grandes chambres propres, un personnel sympathique, la lumière à l'extérieur sur les chemins doit être réparée et ce serait bien s'ils avaient quelques plats de restauration rapide (hamburgers, frites ou wraps pour les arrivants de l'après-midi), sinon le camp est charmant

Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons vécu une expérience très agréable. La nourriture était incroyable, Jakob et son équipe étaient excellents et ils ont vraiment fait tout ce qui était en leur pouvoir pour que nous vivions une très bonne expérience. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Les unités sont belles et propres. Merci, nous attendons avec impatience notre prochaine visite.

Du 22 au 24 mai, nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour à Namutoni. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons fait 3 safaris (de nuit, d'après-midi et du matin). Pour tous les safaris, nous avions Richard comme guide. Avec lui, nous avons eu le meilleur guide qui soit ! Il est très drôle et connaît très bien les animaux. De plus, il nous a laissé suffisamment de temps pour prendre nos photos et il a fait de son mieux pour nous offrir la meilleure expérience possible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le temps passé avec lui et on pouvait sentir sa passion pour ces visites et pour l'interaction avec les gens. Encore un grand merci à vous Richard ! J'espère vous revoir un jour !

Nous séjournons au Namutoni resort. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons réservé un safari de nuit avec Richard. C'était un homme formidable qui nous a permis de voir beaucoup d'animaux. Il était très gentil et nous a fait vivre la véritable expérience de l'Afrique. Nous recommandons à tout le monde d'aller dans ce camp et de faire un safari avec Richard, l'un des guides

We had overpaid for a booking (our own fault). Went to NWR office and Kristofinna assisted us and helped us resolve the issue. She did a great job.

However, upon arriving at Gross Barmen, the receptionist refused to believe that we had a credit, despite us have a clear invoice and it being captured in the system.

Eventually we clarified with head office, and the receptionist understood and accepted the credit. Albeit she continued to contest every purchase we made with the credit. She didn’t allow us to use it in the store, claiming it is only for the restaurant.

Not a good experience at all.

We just returned from Torra - our 6th consecutive year camping & fishing there. Robert and his his team did NWR proud. Friendly service, clean, tidy and what a pleasure. It was, as expected, another outstanding trip and pleasant experience. Keep it up and see you the last week of Jan 25.

A wonderful experience we had at the Namutoni camp/resort. Not everything is perfect, but it was worthwhile to be there indeed. Most staff was helpful and ready to explain when questions were asked.

Accommodation excellent swimming pools excellent. Restaurant absolutely awful food. Half the stuff in the menu is not available. Pizza is not a pizza is a piece of dough with a mayonnaise type source the topping and then pieces of processed cheese on top. Burger was frozen chips were cold. Stay away......

We Nambians sometimes neglect to thank and compliment, but I want to take the time to thank and compliment the staff at Jakkalsputz Camp Site. From the moment of our arrival, the NWR staff carried myself and my partner on their hands. The resort was clean and neat, the pit toilets always clean and fresh. Not once did we need to suffer any smells whilst using them. Furthermore, our braai area and dustbin was cleaned every day. To crown it, when outsiders crowded the fishing area in front of our Camp site, they were dealt with by the NWR staff, allowing us to make use of the area for our own fishing. Not once did we feel unsafe, despite being two ladies on our own. Furthermore, our camp site was always as we left it, after we needed to go into town for supplies. Always friendly, service with a smile, and a delight to chat with, well done NWR staff, you make me proud to be a Namibian and I will without doubt return again next year, and most certainly recommend the camp to all and sundry. NWR, your other resorts can take a lesson from the temp staff at Jakkalsputz when it comes to service.

Onkoshi camp. What a wonderful setting and magnificent setup. Chalets were great and rustic in decor. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and cooked excellently. Real wonderful place.

Loved the wildlife, but maintenance and care of the Andersen entrance gate, the camping facilities, roads and signage is shocking. Customer care is very poor.
