Hôtel de conception récente et très moderne, situé en plein centre ville à proximité à pied de tous les centres d'intérêts, 14 étages avec ascenseurs (très capricieux, on attend souvent assez longtemps pour en obtenir un malgré le fait qu'il y en a trois). La chambre (la notre au 10ème étage) est de très grande surface, très grand lit king size, literie récente, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire, produits d'accueil, nombre de serviettes à disposition, vue magnifique sur la ville, double rideau occultant efficace, TV écran plat de grande largeur, climatisation efficace, réfrigérateur, bouteilles d'eau fournis...
vraiment une très belle surprise digne d'un 3 étoiles. Question accueil vraiment efficace et souriant de même qu'au restaurant. Concernant la restauration vraiment beaucoup de choix et le petit déjeuner, je n'ai jamais vu durant tout mon cicuit de 10 jours en Namibie un tel choix, c'est incroyable le nombre de mets proposé ici: en sucré, salé, chaud, froid, fruits frais, laitage, pains, viennoiseries, boissons de toutes sortes je ne peux tout énumérer tant il y en a et pourtant j'ai, voyagé mais ici c'est exceptionnel!!! Wifi enfin efficace partout dans l'hôtel, vous avez aussi un casino au sous sol et surtout un accès direct au mall commercial attenant. Le paradis hôtelier n'est plus très loin.
