I stayed here on my last day in Namibia. Nice hotel to rest after a long holiday in Namibia with a great view of the town from a restaurant. Felt comfortable and secured. However, I noticed the owner was greeting only certain types of guests and it bothered me. He never came to my table and greeted while he greeted others.. made me feel odd and wonder WHY.

Service was impeccable and view from terrace is beautiful! The building of the hotel stands out for its German architectural influence. The pool is a great space to chill and relax. Food could improve and that's the only reason I didn't score this place with 5 stars!

Ein wunderschönes Schlösschen, mit hervorragendem Essen und einem atemberaubenden Blick über Windhoek. Ein überaus nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Absolute Wiederempfehlung.

We had dinner in the restaurant.
Very good food, tender game and nice vine.
The view was great especially in the dark.
The service was good, but the suddenly wanted us to pay, due to the waiters shift was over.

Schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Der Service ist höflich, aber nicht freundlich. Die Zimmer waren mal gut, leider hängen Lampenschirme schief, Handtuchhaken sind lose, Flecken an der Decke. Das Frühstück ist gut, hier würde ich den Service als gemütlich beschreiben. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

An so manchen Stellen sollte mal etwas nachgebessert werden.
