The country lodge is certainly perfectly fine. Next to the main building with reception, bar, restaurant and adjacent pool, there are several houses with 8 rooms each. Always 4 towards the cliff or towards the valley. The lodge is somewhat remote. But because of the fame of this area, many tourists pass through here. Accordingly, there is a lot of activity early in the morning, so it was impossible to sleep in. Food, bar and service were really good, the rooms well equipped and with air conditioning. If you book mass excursions through the lodge, you really have to pay a lot. We have never seen it so expensive in Namibia. Tip for the engravings! Go directly to the visitor centre, everything costs much less there. The elephant tour can also be organised in a different way, there's a possibility to reduce the costs by 1/3. Because of the costs and the noise in the morning, we deduct one star, but all in all it's still definitely worth a visit.

Diese Lodge ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das Hauptgebäude mit Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant und Pool ist genial, wunderschön. Essen war hervorragend, Personal sehr freundlich.

Kleiner Hinweis für Selbstfahrer: Die Tankstelle vor Ort ist nicht immer besetzt. Also unbedingt erkundigen, ob jemand vor Ort ist bzw. bei dieser Werkstätte dort jemanden suchen! Die nächsten Tankstellen sind sehr weit entfernt!

Bellissimo lodge. Ma manca il frigorifero in camera ed il wi-FI è a pagamento solo presso la reception. Per quanto riguarda il servizio a cena ci hanno dato un tavolo sporco e per riapparecchiarlo ci hanno messo mezz'ora. Intollerabile.

Ineresting. Slots into the Namibia circuit. People drop in the see the elephants and scenary so oasis like in the area. Stunning entrance and main building design. Rooms basic but functional but nowhere to put cases. Gets a lot of self drives so food is somewhat institutional but they try and generally the place is well run
