The rooms are renovated but looks very empty,i think they need to improve better the rooms starting from TV,table etc,the heating system didn't work as far as I have tried to turn it on,the bathroom was a little bit weird,there were wooden blinds assembled but without glass separating room from bathroom,the pillows were not comfortable and you can hear the noise in the corridor every time it is cleaned or when someone walks by.

Rooms on the street side are quite noisy. The overall quality of the hotel is OK, the problem is the staff.
They kicked me out of the lobby because I was staying there after a lunch to do a conf call. The forced me to buy a coffee to be able to stay.
Poor mentality. I will probably advertise my company to do their events elswhere, in a more friendly and welcoming place

Last time I had a room with a single bed was probably 20 years ago. The bed was annoyingly soft. Breakfast leaves a lot to desire, especially in the warm food department. Location is great. Why is the city tax paid separately and cannot just be added to an already paid reservation? This I will never get.

Really nice place to stay, just 5 minutes away from Lausanne's station. The hotel is super elegant and cosy. The service was perfect, and the room where I stayed was great (see room review below). There's a free sauna, but it's not open at all hours (I didn't had the opportunity to try it). For sure I will stay here again if I go back to Lausanne!!
