A pleasant hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant attached. The room I had was small but pleasant and clean. Most of the staff speak English, and the hotel is just across the road from Lake Geneva. An interesting addition is that a stay currently comes with a 15 day travel pass for public transport.

Everything clean and comfortable
No fridge in room
No water in room
Unfriendly reception
No kettle or coffee machine in room as people have noted
The wifi is very weak - inadequate and for the cost of this hotel. The wifi should be better. Breakfast adequate but expensive for what you receive.

Schönes Hotel, direkt am See. Zimmer sind OK und etwas außergewöhnlich. Separate Dusche aber das Waschbecken ist direkt im Zimmer neben dem Bett wo es nicht so optimal ist. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mir schönen Frühstücksraum und Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.

Sehr schöne Lage, leider ist das Halten unmittelbar vor dem Hotel zum Be- und Entladen nicht möglich. Zimmer in Ordnung. Service sehr aufmerksam. Tolles Frühstück.

Yes!, it is NOT a fancy hotel with its very retro furniture and moquette on the floor but it's spotless clean and functional! A huge plus is the location: just in front of the lake and from the junior suites the views are impeccable. Service: very friendly and helpful

Nous sommes venus manger dans ce restaurant bien situé proche du lac. Le couscous que j'ai pris était très bon, d'où mon étoile supplémentaire car sinon j'aurai mis 1 étoile à cause du service ! La personne était très désagréable sûrement parce-que nous ne voulions pas d'entrée et pas de boissons. Résultat : il nous dit que si nous ne prenions pas de boisson, la CARAFE d'EAU est payante !! J'ai jamais payé de carafe d'eau du robinet de ma vie, je n'ai pas fait de scandale car ce n'est pas mon genre mais 3 frs et quelques pour une carafe, c'est inadmissible. De plus il était très désagréable dans son comportement (voix froide, minimum de parole, jugement). La cuisine est bonne, c'est dommage de gâcher un repas à cause du service !

La mattina al mio risveglio scopro che la reception è inattiva fino alle 8.30, quindi, non ho ricevuto la tessera gratuita x i mezzi di losanna perché nessuno poteva stamparla e io dovevo prendere un treno alle 8.20 ma l'avrei sfruttata volentieri, così ho dovuto pagarmi il biglietto della metro.
