우선친절함이 다른 인터라켄 체르마트에서 느꼈던 것과다르게 진심으로 손님대해주시는것을 느낄수있었고 리셉션직원들도 너무 편하고친절하게 해줘서 좋았음 인테리어같은경우도 여기저기 신경쓰게 보일정도로 아기자기하면서도 이뻣고 객실도 깔끔히 정리정돈된게 좋았음 그리고한국인 여사장님이 계셔서 하나하나 챙겨주시는 부분이 너무 기분좋은 배려였음 로젠에서 머물기너무 좋았습니다

A 5 min du palais Beaulieu et 10 min en bus du centre ville. Chambre propre et confortable. Jamais vu autant de chaînes tv :) manque cafetière dans la chambre et cles a l ancienne a changer car très lourdes

Stayed for a night before heading further to Interlaken. The entire experience from reservation to check-in, staff interaction, quality of the rooms and the breakfast was more than memorable. Being a small city, I was expecting the rooms and service to be average, but I would love to rate the entire experience as outstanding. I definately want to mention Fabian and Ms. Zufferey for their dedicated and warm service.

Nice and clean place. in 20 min walking distance from the train station. Good breakfast. First time I saw the boiling device for eggs, you can boil them as you want.))

Hôtel très bien situé. Emplacement idéal pour les événements au Palais de Beaulieu ou au stade du Vélodrome. Parfait pour une nuit. Personnel aimable. Parking intérieur pratique : 20 francs par jour.

Hôtel vieillot et démodé, clé à l'ancienne avec porte-clés trop lourd, déco chambre très ancienne, tarif très excessif, mais bon accueil et très propre

Très accueillants, souriants et chaleureux, très gentils avec mes 2 filles en bas âge ! J'ai adoré passer par cet hôtel! Propre et service nickel avec les chambres.
