The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are comfortable and super clean. But I also do not understand how it can be rated with 4 stars. The location is also great if you come by train.
I had a terrible experience with parking and some of the staff.
After finding a parking slot in front of the hotel (only 6 available!), I was informed indirectly, in the night before, that I would have to move my car in the next day before 08h. Next day, since there was still no slot available and the hotel did not care to reserve one for me, I asked if I could drop my keys, so that they could move it back after the need.
Their answer was"please move away your car otherwise we will call the police to remove it". They didn't give me any support in finding a new parking area but pointing to two distinct locations on a paper map that were located 2 metro stations away.
This all happened when I was leaving to work and caused a lot of stress.
