Very nice hotel with spacious bathroom and comfortable room. Excellent service, interesting interior design in an “old” style. Location is perfect, walking distance to all main sightseeing points. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot very close to the train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Common areas are a little dated, but the rooms have been updated. Cute little place. No complaints from me.

距離Lausanne火車站很近，走路不到五分鐘。當天值班的服務人員把我們的房間升等，一進房就驚喜連連，太漂亮了。房間裡還有咖啡機，提供免費咖啡、茶和礦泉水。房間裡的床偏軟，睡得不太習慣，但整體而言都不錯，地點真的很不錯。
Cons:
Unlike other 4-5 stars hotels that we stayed into over the past 10 years, this is by far the most inflexible as no leeway to check in early. Despite our request to check in early as both of us were really feeling unwell, the staff really made it clear that the check in is 3pm. Besides she said they are all fully booked hence there's no available room for us to accommodate. Just tried checking the web and in fact they still have available rooms to book.
Anyway, we rested for a while at the lobby but unintentionally fell asleep.
Then, suddenly the Manager's demeanour was really off/ somehow a tad rude and said "you can't sleep here as my director will kill me!"
Ok fine Madam!
It was quite frustrating, especially when you were not feeling well.
The way the situation was handled could have been more empathetic and understanding. Believe it's important for hotel staff to be respectful, accommodating and considerate, especially in situations where guests are not feeling their best.
The only redeeming factor was she managed to find us a room quickly.
Anyway, the rest of our stay was more enjoyable despite the rocky start.
