Nice hotel, good location, good value. Badly let down by staff. A problem with the kettle in our room meant boiling water spilled on my hand. When I told the receptionist on checking out (5 March 24), she wouldn't let me finish my sentences before continually interrupting me. She didn't ask if I was OK or whether I needed assistance, and was totally uninterested. When I pointed out they might like to replace the kettle so it doesn't happen to someone else, she just said "OK perfect." It wasn't perfect for me, and she couldn't have been less interested in a burn effectively caused by the hotel.

In pieno centro, esattamente di fronte alla metropolitana, ma totalmente insonorizzato. Le camere sono ampie, comode e con una grande attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione continentale è varia e di buona qualità e servita con vista sulla cattedrale. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Un hôtel bien situé avec un bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre est confortable et bien isolé. Petit bémol car 1 seul réceptionniste au moment du Check in avec beaucoup de monde …. Un peu désorganisé également au niveau administratif….

L`hotel e`carino , ma non c`e` un bar cosa veramente sgradevole , e il personale e`molto scortese in particolar modo , non salutano. Io non tornero mai piu`in questo Hotel.
