I slept very well here. It's very large but very well managed, with plenty of parking. TIPS: 1) If you need to work, the first floor has several good tables but only one power point. 2) The dinner for 20 CHF is very good value -- soup, salad, bread, entree, dessert -- and you can have as much soup, salad and bread as you want. 3) The dining area has a nice view of the garden, which I found very peaceful.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Mit dem Essensangebot in den Jugendherbergen Crans oder Stein am Rhein kann diese wie diverse andere aber nicht mithalten. Warum wird eigentlich in so wenigen Jugendherbergen die gesunden und günstigen Haferflocken angeboten?

As soon as I arrived I noticed a hostile environment with arguments between boss and employee.

When I got to the room I looked at the bed and there wasn't even a fitted sheet, nor any towel. They told me that to use a towel I had to pay 3 euros and put a deposit of 10 euros ahahhaaha.
As for the sheet, they told me that the bed was like that and that it would be hotter if they put a sheet on the mattress.

The best thing was at night, the rooms do not have any type of ventilation and are an oven, the first day I had such a bad time that I left the hostel never to return, the second night I was unable to sleep in the room myself and the others We guests went out to the street to sleep because it was impossible to sleep there, it's not that they don't have air conditioning, they are so stingy that they don't even have a fan per room, but I did pay €160 for two nights in a shared room 2 kilometers away. of the people, in short, pathetic and never to be repeated.
