Quel plaisir de trouver un tel magasin dans une ville cosmopolite ! Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Le choix d'objet est vaste. Allez y faire une visite, cela en vaut la peine. Adresse à recommander à qui veut acheter des souvenirs.
I had the chance to shop at the Cotfer store in Geneva. This store is not your typical souvenir shop; it is simply F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S!!! They offer a variety of amazing and unique gifts. The set-up and display of merchandise makes it easy to find what you're looking for and/or find new souvenirs you never thought of before. Along with their great selection of merchandise, the staff is extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. I will definitely shop there again!

What to say! I was in Geneva on a short trip and wanted to get something for my friends and family back in New York. I walked on Rue des Alpes and saw a very different kind of ''touristic'' boutique and was impressed for many reasons.They spoke English very well, I have to say my French is more than rusty lol, they were very kind and explained quite a bit about their chalets/coucou clocks. How they are made and what is the difference between the automatic and the manual ones. Great experience and I would recommend that store to all my friends.
