Excellent location, clean rooms, nice and effective people in the reception. The only problem is that this hotel is completely unlivable during hot summer weather. It does not have air conditioning, so the only way to sleep is to open the windows and let the cooler evening air in. But it is located in a super noisy place, so the noise of traffic, sirens, people partying all night would not let you sleep. The room does have a large floor fan, but it is not enough to sleep with the windows shut.
I'd imagine this hotel would be ideal during colder months.
