(Traduit par Google) Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'hôtel était magnifique, tout le personnel était très sympathique et la chambre était magnifiquement conçue et très luxueuse. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre où une mauvaise odeur provenait du drain de la douche, mais nous l'avons signalé et ils nous ont immédiatement transférés dans une autre pièce où il n'y avait aucun problème. Nous avons apprécié l'attention rapide du personnel à nos besoins. Ils nous ont également aidés à faire des réservations pour le dîner ; dans l’ensemble, ils ont été exceptionnellement réactifs.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was beautiful, all staff were very friendly, and the room was designed beautifully and very luxurious. We had a problem with our room where a bad smell was coming from the shower drain, but we reported it and they immediately moved us to a different room where there was no issue. We appreciated the staff's prompt attention to our needs. They also helped us make dinner reservations; overall they were exceptionally responsive.

L'emplacement est parfait, à 1 minute à pied du lac Léman, à 5 minutes de la rue du Rhône, à 10 minutes de la vieille ville et du centre-ville et juste à côté de tous les restaurants. Il y a une gare routière à 2 minutes à pied qui donne également accès à toutes les visites depuis Genève ! L'hôtel était propre, le personnel était super sympa et serviable aussi. Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans notre séjour et ils avaient une grande variété d'options. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un séjour très confortable, des chambres de bonne taille et je le recommande vivement.

We visited Hotel Bristol in Geneva in December 2023 and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, a 1 minute walk to Lake Geneva, 5 minutes to Rue du Rhône, 10 minutes to the old town and the city centre and right by all the restaurants. There's a coach stand 2 minute walk away which gives access to all the tours from Geneva too! The hotel was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was included in our stay and they had a great range of options. Overall a very comfortable stay, good sized rooms and would highly recommend.

We will return. Excellent location, service, food and value for money. We were well cared for, especially after a long 24hr flight from Australia. It was a short stay, but much enjoyed! Can highly recommend Hotel Bristol

Le Bristol est placé idéalement pour partir à la découverte de Genève. ||Hôtel très confortable et le personnel est vraiment agréable et à l'écoute.||Proche de la Gare Cornavin et du Lac. La vielle ville est à un jet de pierre.

We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Our experience was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel which is perfectly located in the heart of Geneva! We will certainly return on our next trip to Switzerland.
